Arius Marketing LLC d/b/a Physician Designs (“Physician Designs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, the categories of parties to whom we disclose it, how those disclosures occur, the safeguards we use, and the choices and rights that may be available to you.
This Policy applies to information collected through https://www.physiciandesigns.com, Physician Designs checkout and payment flows, communications with us, and our direct business operations. It does not replace the privacy notice of a medical practice or other client whose website we design, host, maintain, or support.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Contact information, such as name, business email address, telephone number, mailing address, and preferred contact details.
Professional and business information, such as practice or company name, specialty, role, website address, service needs, and project information.
Checkout and subscription information, such as the services or add-ons selected, billing interval, billing contact information, transaction status, invoice information, and subscription history.
Communications and support information, including messages, requests, approvals, feedback, files, and information you provide during a project or support interaction.
Account and technical access information that you choose to provide so we can perform contracted Services, such as website, domain, hosting, analytics, advertising, or platform credentials.
1.2 Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor we designate. The payment processor may collect payment-card numbers, bank information, billing addresses, and other information needed to process the transaction. Physician Designs generally receives transaction and billing information such as customer identity, payment status, payment method type, limited card details (for example, brand and last four digits), subscription status, and transaction identifiers rather than full payment-card credentials.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website or interact with online services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, timestamps, session information, and cookie or similar technology identifiers. We may use server logs, cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies for website operation, security, measurement, and, where configured, marketing.
1.4 Information from Other Sources
We may receive information from payment processors, analytics providers, hosting and security providers, referral sources, business partners, publicly available sources, and personnel or authorized representatives of a customer organization. We use that information for the purposes described in this Policy.
1.5 Protected Health Information and Sensitive Medical Data
Physician Designs’ general business website, contact forms, checkout fields, and ordinary business email are not intended for patients to submit medical information or for customers to send protected health information (“PHI”). Please do not submit diagnoses, treatment information, medical records, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive patient information through those channels. If a customer engages Physician Designs for Services that require us to create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI on the customer’s behalf, that processing must be separately authorized and, when required, governed by a Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”).
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
Respond to inquiries, provide consultations, prepare projects, and communicate with customers and prospective customers.
Create, administer, support, secure, and improve subscriptions, websites, hosting, maintenance, marketing, and other Services.

Send administrative, service, renewal, support, and account communications.
Send marketing or promotional communications where permitted by law and consistent with your choices; you may opt out of promotional email at any time using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us.

3. How and With Whom We Disclose Information
We do not disclose personal information indiscriminately. We disclose it only as reasonably necessary for business purposes described in this Policy, as directed by a customer when we act as a processor, with consent, or as permitted or required by law. Categories of recipients may include:
Payment processors, including Stripe, for payment authorization, recurring billing, fraud prevention, receipts, disputes, and payment administration.
Hosting, cloud, content-delivery, domain, security, backup, email, communications, customer-relationship, project-management, analytics, and software providers that support our operations and Services.
Contractors and professional service providers who assist with design, development, support, accounting, legal, insurance, security, or other business functions and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality or contractual obligations.
A customer organization and its authorized personnel when information relates to that organization’s account, project, or website.
Government agencies, courts, law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud or abuse.
A buyer, investor, lender, successor, or advisor in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
Method of disclosure. Personal information is generally disclosed electronically through secured web connections, payment and service-provider integrations, application programming interfaces (APIs), provider dashboards, encrypted or access-controlled file transfer, business email, or other business systems appropriate to the information and purpose. We seek to limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the recipient’s function and use contractual, access-control, or vendor-management measures where appropriate.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, security, preferences, analytics, and, where configured, advertising or campaign measurement. Some cookies are placed by third-party service providers. You can control cookies through browser settings and, where available, on-site consent controls. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as “sharing,” “sale,” or targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out, we will provide or honor an applicable opt-out method, including recognized universal opt-out preference signals when legally required.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information, the nature of the relationship, legal requirements, and whether information is needed for security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, de-identify, aggregate, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.
6. Security Practices
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information and our role. Depending on the system, these measures may include TLS/SSL-encrypted network connections, role-based or limited access, authentication controls, strong-password practices, multi-factor authentication where supported, server and application security controls, malware and vulnerability protections, backups, monitoring, vendor-management practices, and procedures for responding to suspected security incidents. We also seek to limit access to personnel and service providers who need information for legitimate business purposes.
No method of transmission, storage, or security control can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting passwords, authentication devices, and credentials under your control and for promptly notifying us if you believe an account or credential used with our Services has been compromised.
7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers our processing, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, a portable copy of certain information, or information about our processing and disclosures. Applicable law may also give you rights to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling and, in some jurisdictions, to appeal a decision on a privacy request.
To make a privacy request, email info@physiciandesigns.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing the request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification requirements. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Colorado residents who qualify as “consumers” under the Colorado Privacy Act may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, and profiling. Those rights apply only to the extent the Colorado Privacy Act covers the particular person, data, and processing activity.
8. Information We Process for Customers
When Physician Designs hosts, maintains, supports, analyzes, or otherwise handles information on behalf of a business customer through that customer’s website or systems, the customer may be the controller or business responsible for deciding how and why the information is processed, and Physician Designs may act as a processor or service provider. In that situation, the customer’s privacy notice and instructions generally govern the processing. Individuals seeking to exercise rights concerning information collected by a Physician Designs customer should ordinarily contact that customer directly. We will assist customers with legally required requests as required by applicable contract and law.
9. Third-Party Sites and Services
Our website and Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, payment services, social networks, analytics tools, scheduling tools, patient portals, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Physician Designs is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of a third party acting independently of us.
10. Children and Minors
Physician Designs’ business website and Services are directed to medical practices, professionals, and business organizations and are not intended for children or minors acting in a personal capacity. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through our business website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact us so we can evaluate and address the information.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, vendors, practices, technology, or legal obligations. The “Last Updated” date at the top shows when the Policy was most recently revised. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice when appropriate or required by law. Continued use of our website or Services after an updated Policy becomes effective does not waive any privacy rights provided by applicable law.
