It is adjacent to Ridgecrest Regional Hospital and down the street from the China Lake Naval Weapons Center. Previously operated by one large medical group, the building has been converted to a multi-tenant facility anchored by a 5,000 square foot surgery center. The building is well equipped for immediate occupancy and patient care.
